Do you strive for approval at the expense of expressing your authentic self? I believe we are all already wonderful and whole, and I want to help you reconnect with your true self and improve your relationships. Together, we will quiet the negative thoughts and help you find ways to naturally heal and grow. I tailor my approach to each person and use a variety of methods including mindfulness, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and attachment-based strategies.
